Alex Eacock


Alex works as an engine builder for EMC Motorsport and developed his love for motor racing at an early age, following his father's and mother's exploits in the Porsche 924 championship.

Having competed as a novice in the 750 Motor Club Locost series, he moved on to race Porsche 944's in the Stafford Super Coupe Cup in 2003, winning the class.

Alex dominated Class 4 of the Porsche Open series in 2004 and 2005, with class wins in the majority of his races.  Alex also won the 911 and Porsche World Driver of the Year Award in 2004 and 2005.

Alex then compaigned a Porsche 944 in the highly competitive Porsche Club Championship in 2006 before stepping up to Class 1 in 2007 where he raced an EMC Motorport built and run Porsche 968. Both he and the car were very competitive and Alex often proved to be the man to beat.
